2. Products, Styles & Sizing

We design graphic tees in Abuja across three silhouettes: Oversized, Fitted T, and Heavy T, in sizes S to XXXL subject to stock availability. Product images on our website are high-resolution garment mockups showing the placement and colourway of each print. Please consult our Size Guide for flat garment measurements in centimetres before placing your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All orders are priced and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN / ₦), from ₦25,000 to ₦79,000 depending on the design, shirt style and size.
• Delivery charges are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely via Paystack (Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, and USSD). We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Abuja (FCT) standard dispatch: ₦5,000 flat rate.
• North-Central (Niger, Nasarawa, Kogi, Kaduna, Plateau, Benue, Kwara): ₦10,000 flat rate.
• Lagos, the South-West, South-East, South-South, Kano and most northern states: ₦12,500 flat rate.
• Far states (Borno, Yobe, Adamawa, Sokoto, Kebbi): ₦15,000 flat rate.
• Free Nigerian delivery: Automatic free shipping on all Nigerian orders of ₦100,000 and above.
• Delivery area: We currently deliver within Nigeria only.
• Processing & transit time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Standard transit in Nigeria is 1–4 business days after dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

Our full returns policy is published on our Shipping & Returns page:

• Faulty, damaged or wrong item: Tell us within 7 days of delivery at support@echo1ict.com.ng or WhatsApp +234 707 665 7299, with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including delivery. No restocking fee applies, and you do not need to visit our store. This applies to every order.
• Change of mind (orders delivered in Nigeria): Return unworn, unwashed items with tags and packaging intact within 7 days of delivery, in store at Shakara Drip, 170, G.O Obasoha Street, CBN Choos Estate, Apo, Abuja, FCT 900104, Nigeria. Contact us with your order number first. A 40% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns only.
• Exchanges: Not accepted. Please check the size guide first.
• Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 days.
